SO SAD this place closed!!! They had the smoothest espresso and the owner was so kind and passionate about the store :(( I hope to see it reopened again or hoping they relocated. I'm gonna keep an eye out. Man :((((
I'm a regular here and I love this place. The blackberry mocha is on heavy rotation right now previously it was Caramel the Rose latte both with oat milk. Great tasting and the owner is very passionate about his craft. Always go with his suggestions!
There are all sorts of cute cafes & other places around Down town Long Beach, and this is one of them. A very nice employee made our drinks on Valentines morning, which were the hot Blackberry Mocha and Vanilla Latte drinks---they were so delicious! I appreciate the service and thank you for the delicious tasting drinks.
found cafe cabinet in an apartment strip mall, and noticed they served kyoto cold brew! unfortunately , an unfiltered cup of no water serving was $5.50 and only came with a small amount of extract the taste was smooth, good, but didnt really give me the extra boost of caffeine i wouldve normally gotten from other kyoto brewing method cafes! they also dont sell beans they use to make the cold brew they serve, i wouldve probably given another star if there was more portion, or beans that they sell of the coffee they serve!
When the nice man handed me my coffee, he said, "I hope you enjoy it." It's the little things that just make the experience extra special. I love this area and I have so many fond memories. I've walked and driven by this building so many times and never knew this place existed. Wow. What a gem! My latte was amazing!!! I have not one flaw to say about it. It was perfect in every way. Service was incredible!!! Definitely recommend.
Found this 5-star coffee shop on Apple Maps and after seeing Kyoto cold brew on the menu, I came in to try it. I was originally going to get it with almond milk but the manager or maybe owner suggested to try it without at first and offered to add almond milk after if I wanted. It was so smooth, rich, and flavorful without the milk so I kept it as is! It's the perfect refreshing cold brew and it reminded me of why I love cold brew so much. Love the unique art on the walls also. Would love to come back and try the specialty drinks. Great little gem in Long Beach!
Just wanted to have good coffee. Look for the cafe near from Hilton hotel where I stay at. Not many cafe around the hotel, but finally I found here. This cafe is located Camden Harbor View next to Buono's Pizzeria. Its cozy place and menu is only drinks. Very simple. I ordered hot cafe latte. The guy is very nice, he asked me regular milk is ok or not. (I'm ok but if my husband was there he wasn't but sometimes he forgot to ask and then got trouble his stomach) After he got my order, he washed his hands (because he touched the panel to input my order), then made my drink. I'm impressed about his professional!!!) My hot cafe latte, milk form is silky smooth (and latte art is cute) and coffee aroma is very nice. Love this place!!!! I don't care not many cafe around my hotel, I'm stick on this place!
We were in Long Beach running errands when we decided to stop at Cafe Cabinet for a coffee break! We ordered an iced tiramisu cappuccino and a blackberry mocha. They were both soo good and so well balanced. Blackberry is usually a flavor that is easily overpowered, but it was perfect in this drink. The interior of the coffee shop was also really cool. It's mostly black and white art with pops of color. We will definitely be back and can't wait to try their other drinks. We highly recommend!
Super cool place! They had me at Lego sign. They are super knowledgeable, roast their own coffee, play great music and have cool decor. I really enjoyed the recommendation that I try the oat milk honey latte. It was iced and refreshing. It was Brazilian mixed with Rwandan coffee, which was a pretty fun mash up. Had a great conversation about roasting and different coffee methods. Being a coffee nerd, I enjoyed the suggestions on some techniques I haven't tried despite having most of the odd methods to make coffee at my disposal. Next time I'll have to try their special Kyoto cold brew. They weren't able to make it this time.
